Please join us for our first ever 4th of July party at the pool! We are celebrating opening day of our new pool with a good old fashioned Minnesota Fish Fry buffet. Maggie will have fun pool activities for the kids, while you relax and enjoy our fantastic new pool complex.
Fried Minnesota Walleye, Fresh Fruit, Coleslaw and Homemade Macaroni Salad, Grilled Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter, Potato Wedges, Watermelon, Chicken Nuggets, Grilled Market Vegetables with Basil Aioli.

Thursday, July 17 – Reservations begin at 6:00pm; music starts at 6:30pm
Our Dining on the Deck music series continues with Locklin’ Road. This wonderful trio specializes in Irish Folk music with a blend of other favorites for all musical tastes. Chef Brandon will be serving upscale summer specials that taste even better while dining al fresco. Our regular Grill menu will also be available. Deck seating fills up fast, so make your reservations early. The event will take place indoors in case of inclement weather.
Saturday, July 26 – 3:00pm-5:00pm
Summer Cooking Class in the Grill. Chef Brandon will be teaching how to use all of the wonderful Farmer’s Market produce available to create fresh and healthy recipes. See Chef’s article this month for his favorite Poblano Corn Chowder, using all market ingredients. Stay for dinner after the class and enjoy half price bottles of wine under $50.00. Class fee is $45.00.
