I am privileged and excited to announce that we have hired an Executive Chef.
Chef Peter is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York. He has extensive experience and a background that perfectly fits the unique needs of our Club. His experience ranges from Executive Chef at Mendakota Country Club, to Executive Chef for Tri-City Restaurants and most recently the Executive Chef at Medina Country Club.
He has won numerous awards including: Top Chef awarded by Food Service News in 2012; People’s Choice Award at the Taste of Twin Cities; First Place Award and People’s Choice Award at the Taste of Elegance in Minneapolis. Chef Peter also has his own line of spices called Plump Chef Spices.
During the search process our entire leadership team had the opportunity to sample Peter’s cooking and needless to say I am excited for all of us! Chef Peter is excited to be a part of the growth and development of Dellwood Country Club and is committed to providing food service that suits our great Club. Peter will join our team in March and will spend the month training his staff and setting up operations in preparation for reopening.
